Jasrin Jalal is the Assistant Director of the NYU Liberty Partnerships Program. With over 10 years of professional and volunteer experience in the mental health and education sectors, Jasrin specializes in delivering evidence-based preventive interventions and fostering sustained motivation for at-risk youth and adults. Her extensive work with underprivileged minorities, first-generation immigrant youth, and at-risk delinquent populations has honed her skills in creating impactful community programs and leading initiatives that promote education and mental health awareness. Jasrin holds a B.A. in Psychology from the University at Buffalo and a Master’s in Counseling for Mental Health and Wellness from New York University.
